"Wanted to let the news out directly. Emily and I are so incredibly happy to welcome our daughter Hazel into the world today! Happy bday!" the proud father tweeted a short while after the birth of baby girl.
The beautiful couple had declared few months back that they were expecting baby this year. We had also seen pregnancy pictures of Emily. Blunt and Krasinski started dating in 2008 and a year later they got engaged in august 2009 and then finally they tied the knot on 10 July, 2010 in Como, Italy. After four years of marriage, they have their first child and they have named her Hazel.
Prior to her relationship with John Krasinski, the 34-year-old actress had relationship with Canadian singer Michael Bublé for almost 3 years. Emily and Michael had met in 2005, while backstage at the Australian TV Logie Awards. They used to live together in a combined home in Vancouver, Canada, prior to splitting up in 2008.
As a child, roughly for seven years, Emily exerted strenuous efforts to overcome her stuttering. She acclaims her school teacher for assisting her in getting rid of the stuttering. The English actress is now celebrating the birth of her first child Hazel and with her close friends, some colleagues, co-stars and family members.
Emily had been very straightforward and excited about her wish to be a mom in her past interviews.
"We want to have children; I just don't know when yet. I'm just not sure about the timing of all of that. We're both from big families, so I think it's something we want." Emily had said few months back.
She is recently working on Doug Liman’s Action Sci-Fi film “Edge of Tomorrow” opposite Tom Cruise. She is also going through the post production of Rob Marshall’s Comedy Fantasy film “Into The Woods” along with Johny Depp, Meryl Streep, Chris Pine and Anna Kendrick. She previously appeared in the film “Looper” opposite Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon Levitt.
