Rumor: Bradley Cooper is in Talks to Play Indiana Jones

These days, there are rumors circulating among media sources that the Disney, which lately got the rights to make more Indiana Jones movies, seemingly wants to give a James Bond touch to the lead character of the film. So, who would put on the cap after highly admired Harrison Ford? According to the rumors, the studio is considering Bradley Cooper for the lead role as Indiana Jones.

As per a number of media sources, Bradley is just one name on an extensive list of actors who are under consideration to play Indiana Jones, but Bradley tops all of them. It has also been reported that Frank Darabont, who is the well-known director of “The Green Mile” and “The Mist” (and also wrote a much better script for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal), has already come up with a brilliant concept for this film project. But, we are not sure that whether these claims or news are true or not.

It is also being reported that 71 year-old Harrison Ford may reprise his iconic character one last time in this most speculated and anticipating Indiana Jones film. Let us consider “The Hangover” star Bradley Cooper and Frank Darabont are teaming up to enliven the concept of Indiana Jones as an American James Bond. It would imply that the several talented actors could carry on this role for a number of years in the future. It really seems fairly awesome idea, isn’t it?

According to various film experts, Indiana Jones still has that prospects and this character doesn't need to get older with everY movie. It would be a great idea to reboot this franchise and continue forward with all new actors and the storyline. The huge fan base of Indiana Jones will love to watch the remake, if it is helmed appropriately by talented directors and script writER.

There haVe been a lot of discussions regarding the 5th installment of Indiana Jones franchise, AND the famous director Steven Spielberg had said in 2011 that he and George Lucas had already decided on the type of the 5th film. He, nevertheless, said, "I don't know where George is with the story. There is no 'Indy 5' until George says there is."

Again, this is still not conformed news, but you can speculate about this rumor and hope it to be true. But what if this turns out to be true? Then, it would be awesome news for fans. Who do you think should play the role of Indiana Jones?
