Simon Helberg and His Wife Jocelyn Towne Are Expecting Their Second Baby

He and his fellows (Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco) of Big Bang Theory may have been defeated at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, but Simon Helberg, who is also known as aerospace engineer Howard Wolowitz from CBS show Big Bang Theory, was still smirking from ear-to-ear about the happy news of his upcoming child. The 33-year-old actor has disclosed the news that he and his wife Jocelyn Towne are expecting their 2nd baby.

"Yes, my wife is [pregnant]. I can't take all the credit", He said.

He affirmed the news after his wife Jocelyn (who is also an actress and writer) revealed her rising baby bump on the red carpet as she posed for photographs with her hubby. Blush with physical condition of pregnancy, she was looking beautiful wearing a grey empire line bulging silk dress.

It is quite a surprising coincidence that Helberg’s 37-year-old wife was pregnant with their first child at the 2012 SAG Awards. Their daughter Adeline came into this world on May last year. Helberg gave very amusing remarks regarding it. Helberg said that there was something about the SAG awards and children that are closely related, for they both were having their first baby Adeline, who is now 2 years old, at the event of the 2012 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

"Every time I come to the SAG Awards there's something about this night...About 8 months before [the SAG Awards] I get really the urge, I feel the romance, and then we get nominated so it's hand in hand." He said.

The Big Bang Theory lost the award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy series, but Helberg obviously has much to be cheerful about his life. His wife Towne is also a director. She is known for the film “I Am I” that she wrote and directed along with her hubby. The cute couple tied the knot of marriage in 2007 and has lived happily 7 years in matrimony.

Before being famous due to Big Bang Theory Show, Helberg had diminutive roles on a number of well-known shows including Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Arrested Development and Less Than Perfect. Helberg is currently also working on a film project “We'll Never Have Paris” that he and his wife both are directing.

Congratulations to the Nerdy Couple on the news of the arrival of their second baby. What you have to say about this news?
