Emma Roberts Pledged to be Married with Boyfriend and Co-Actor Evan Peters

According to media reports, Hollywood actress Emma Roberts (niece of Julia Roberts) is engaged to her boyfriend of more than a year and fellow “American Horror Story” actor Evan Peters.

As per the report, the 22-year-old actress was proposed by 26-year-old Peters with a pink gold and diamond ring in the New York City during the holidays. After that, they flew to London for New Year's Eve. While both actors have not yet said anything to this news, Roberts was seen wearing apparently an engagement ring in New Orleans on Sunday, as per a number of reliable media reports.

The beautiful couple started dating in 2012. While both are well-prepared to settle down now, they have not always been having a healthy relationship. In last summer, the couple made headlines when Roberts was detained for reportedly carrying out domestic violence against her boyfriend Peters in a Montreal hotel room. Both purportedly became involved in a fiery squabble prior to police was called upon, but Roberts was promptly freed from detention. The law enforcement had refused to mention the names of those involved, as prosecutors did not formally accuse the actress of a crime and the case was stopped. The couple addressed the dispute by giving following statement.

A representative of the couple said, "It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding. Miss Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it."

Since then, nevertheless, it seems that there was nothing like any heated argument or dispute among them ever. It has not been confirmed yet when and where the young actress will get marry with her fiancée.

In the mean time, both actors are starring in a hit show American Horror Story that will be aired this week after a small break. Emma currently returned to the show after her character was murdered previously in the season - but she was made alive again with help of a witchcraft magic.

Moreover, they are also co-starring in the movie "Adult World" with Peters as a supervisor of an adult-video shop and Roberts as a juvenile poet. Peters is expected to get a huge exposure with the release of "X-Men: Days of Future Past" later in 2014. Roberts currently appeared on the big screen in "We're the Millers" along with Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis. She earlier dated Chord Overstreet of Glee.
