Fast & Furious Girl – Gal Gadot – Snubs Criticism and Vows to Meet Expectations about Wonder Woman Role

Ben Affleck was not the only one who was much criticized by the DC fans around the world for his selection as Batman in upcoming superhero movie Batman vs Superman. The skinny 28-years-old Israeli actress and model Gal Gadot is facing same harsh lesson ever since she has been announced to play Wonder Woman for the Man of Steel sequel. Social media platforms were full of negative remarks about her cast. Obviously, the main point of criticism is that she is way too skinny to play an Amazonian wonder woman. However, after much hue and cry over her selection, Gal Gadot has finally broken the silence over this criticism and has expressed her views and excitement about playing wonder woman.

In an interview, Gal Gadot described that she is going through "the physical training" for the role—and they seem severe!

"A very serious training regimen—Kung Fu, kickboxing, swords, Jujutsu, Brazilian...1,000-and-1 things. I'll gain body mass", She said.

Gadot, who is best known for Fast & Furious franchise, further said that she is not taken aback by the fans' distress that her physical look is not fit for the role of Wonder Woman -- mainly the fact that her upper body is not as bursting.

There are also many fans and experts who are not disappointed with her cast as wonder woman. Fact is that Gadot doesn't look to be slouch when it comes to toughness or action, as she has also served 2 years in the Israeli army, an obligatory period of service for all Israeli inhabitants—and that is way more military service as opposed to most actors, who have played superheroes, can bear out!

"I represent the Wonder Woman of the new world," Gadot smiled. "Breasts...anyone can buy for 9,000 shekels and everything is fine.”

Though it is quite interesting to find out about the current cost for a boob job in Israel, Gadot continued, giving a witty remark that, “By the way, Wonder Woman is Amazonian, and historically accurate Amazonian women actually had only one breast. So, if I'd really go 'by the book'...it'd be problematic."

Gadot has very beautifully responded to criticism about her physical appearance, assuring fans around the world that they should not be worried about her physical look to play the superheroine. She has started serious physical training routines and most importantly, she has promised, "I'll gain body mass."

So, comic-book nerds, do you still have any demur?
